As I am patiently anxiously awaiting all the details to come together for my new home, I couldn’t help but post a round-up of my favorite, go-to home decor shops. While I anticipated my new house being perfectly decorated and put together within weeks of moving in, that didn’t quite happen as planned. Who knew, right? (Probably anyone who has ever moved before…)

Until I can start posting my home reveal pictures by room, you can learn my tips, tricks, and not to secret places to find affordable and adorable gems. I have decorated and furnished almost my entire home with these shops.

Whether you’re moving into a new place, need a major or small room refresh, I promise you’ll find what you need from my favorites list.

The Best Home Decor Shops

I partnered with Wayfair, At Home, Select Blinds, Bed Bath & Beyond, Lamps Plus, See Jane Work, Best Home Fashion, and Framebridge to help furnish my new home!

Wayfair

Oh, Wayfair, how I love you. Wayfair is an online store with anything you could ever want to furnish and embellish your home. You’ll find everything from large furniture and small trinkets in every taste and budget.

Plus, if you’re shopping for a business, you can create a business account to get even better deals on their already great prices.

Here are some sneak peeks of how I incorporate Wayfair in my home:

At Home

What I love about At Home is that it really is the home décor superstore – you can browse selections online by department, style, or room or check out their inspiration section for ideas. Then you can see if your local store has the items available in-store, or better yet, I prefer to just go to the store and peruse.

This is where I find most of my special little accent pieces and odds and ends to complete my room – from shower curtain rods and elegant dishware to seasonal décor and coffee table accessories, At Home is a staple store for me.

Select Blinds

One of the great things about my new home are all the new windows – but with all this natural sunlight came a problem – my neighbors could see right into my house. Enter Select Blinds to the rescue! Because we have a million different sized windows, we needed all custom sizing, and ordering online was a breeze. I worked with their customer service before placing the order to make sure everything was correct, and they were extremely helpful. I went with the 2 inch faux wood blinds that are super easy to clean.

Bed Bath & Beyond

My love for Bed Bath & Beyond started when I registered there for my wedding and grew once I actually understood the needs in my new home.

You might not realize it, but they carry more than just any essential you can think of for your kitchen and bath; people are always surprised to find out some of my most beautiful home furniture pieces come from here too, including my love seat (below).

I also completed my bedroom and my daughter’s room with beautiful, fluffy white bedding from BB&B (linked here).

Lamps Plus

I feel silly for not realizing that Lamps Plus has more than lamps…hence the “plus!” From chandeliers, ceiling lights and lamps to furniture and beautiful home décor, you’ll want to peruse their site for hours (or is that just me?). I ultimately finally found the nightstands of my dreams (and I’m not being facetious…I’ve actually been on the hunt for these exact nightstands for years).

The elegant, mirrored nightstands are my favorite feature in my bedroom with the perfectly accented crystal lamp to match its aesthetic.

Boll and Branch

When I was looking for sheets for my girls’ room, I opted for the natural, organic sheet sets from Boll and Branch. You’ll see more of our Children’s Seedling Sheet Set (in petal) soon when I talk about real moms’ advice for transitioning from crib to bed.

See Jane Work

My whole office was inspired by See Jane Work’s line at Office Depot. You can find functional, practical, and adorable supplies to get your home office started. I opted for a black and white scheme with pops of gold and blush.

Best Home Fashion

If I was personified in curtains, it would be these Best Home Fashion Mix & Match Tulle Sheer Lace curtains. They’re incredibly dreamy and add a touch of elegance and whimsy to any room. The Mix & Match set includes four panels, making layering simple, and there’s many looks and colors to choose from.

Framebridge

Have you ever wanted to hang a simple picture or gallery wall but have no clue where to begin? Enter Framebridge to the rescue! Framebridge’s online service lets you frame all the things you love, from precious keepsakes, old photos, or even your Instagram photos.

I actually chose to create a simple, symmetrical wall from their Instagram framing service – it allows you to easily pick photos from your social media, and don’t worry, if the photos you want aren’t on Instagram, you can still upload it for this service.

This is one of my favorite spots in my home, and the whole process was extremely user-friendly. I despise when I spend hours uploading photos to other sites (that I won’t name) only to scrap the whole project because something went wrong. There’s no such problems with Framebridge.

Lasting thoughts

I can’t wait to share more of my new home posts with you featuring my favorite, go-to stores. What are your home store staples?
